CAN-SPAM & Email Compliance

The CAN-SPAM Act requires commercial email senders to provide clear identification, honest subject lines, a working opt-out mechanism, and their physical postal address. The platform enforces all of these automatically.

Unsubscribe links
Automatically included in every email sequence. Cannot be disabled. Opt-outs honored immediately cross-channel.
Sender identification
Platform requires accurate from name and reply-to address. Deceptive sender information is blocked.
Domain warming
Gradual send volume increase protects sender reputation and reduces spam complaint rates.
Content spam scoring
Outgoing messages are scored against spam filter patterns before send. High-risk content is flagged.
Bounce and complaint monitoring
High bounce rates and spam complaint rates trigger automatic alerts. DMARC, DKIM, and SPF setup guided during onboarding.

Data & List Compliance

The quality and legal provenance of your contact data is the single most important compliance variable. All contact lists used on the platform must meet the following requirements.

✓ Permission-based lists only

All contacts must have either opted in to receive communications from your business, or been sourced from an established B2B data vendor. Scraped lists, purchased lists from unknown brokers, and consumer data without explicit opt-in are prohibited.

✓ Deduplication and suppression

Platform automatically deduplicates uploaded lists and maintains a permanent suppression list. Opt-outs, DNC requests, and unsubscribes are permanently suppressed across all channels and all future campaigns.

AI Voice & Calling Compliance

The FCC’s February 2024 ruling established that AI-generated voices are subject to full TCPA restrictions. This affects every AI outbound call feature on the platform. We build the required disclosures and controls in from day one.

AI identity disclosure
Every AI-generated call identifies itself as AI at the start of the call as required by FCC rules. This cannot be disabled.
Calling hours enforced
AI calls are automatically restricted to 8am–9pm recipient local time. Calls outside these hours are queued for the next permitted window.
Verbal opt-out detection
The platform detects verbal do-not-call requests during AI calls and suppresses the contact immediately across all channels.
Prior express consent required
Platform requires consent documentation before enabling AI voice outreach to mobile numbers. Prior express written consent is the legal standard.
State-specific controls
Enhanced compliance controls for California, Florida, Texas, and Washington where state laws impose additional requirements beyond federal TCPA.
