Lead Gen AI Suite provides AI-powered tools for lead scoring, outreach sequencing, ad creative, and microsite generation. We do not guarantee any specific number of leads, meetings booked, conversion rate, or revenue outcome. Results depend on factors outside our control, including your industry, offer, target list quality, and how campaigns are configured and run.
The Service uses AI models (including Anthropic's Claude and others) to generate outreach copy, ad variants, call scripts, and microsite content. AI output is a starting draft: it may contain inaccuracies or outdated information and should not be relied on for legal, financial, medical, or other professional advice. You are responsible for reviewing every message, ad, call script, and microsite before it is sent or published.
Outbound calling, SMS, and email are heavily regulated (TCPA, CAN-SPAM, A2P 10DLC, state Do Not Call registries, and more where applicable). Our Terms of Service, Section 4, sets out these obligations in full — this Disclaimer does not repeat them, and does not soften them. You remain solely responsible for obtaining required consent, honoring opt-outs, and complying with every law that applies to your outreach, regardless of what the Service's tools make possible.
